Accommodation description from the host:
Villa de la Tierra:
Located in the hills, near Valencia, Villa de la Tierra is a wonderful place to relax. You can be your authentic self here.

The rooms:
Our three double rooms offer a true hotel experience and have spectacular views of Valencia, the Albufera Nature Reserve and the Mediterranean sea. The adjoining bathrooms have a toilet, rain shower and sink.

Our kitchen:
The open kitchen is the heart of Villa de la Tierra. Here you can make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Coffee and tea are included and we have a small Villa Bar with drinks, luxury coffee, sandwiches etc.
Our fine kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and hob.
With an (almost) always cooling breeze from the sea, the balcony terrace is a wonderful place to be together. On our 4900m2 plot, several terraces are available in full sun or shade. And last but not least, meet our friendly chickens, peacocks, goats and the cockatoo!

Valéncia:
The lovely city of Valencia is 25 minutes away by car. With its beautiful historic city center, squares and churches, there is much to experience and see. You should not miss a visit to the Turia park, with its beautiful buildings by the famous architect Calatrava at the end! Did you know that Valéncia is a real cycling city? Its flat location and many cycle paths make it a true pleasure. Furthermore (we think) it has the most beautiful zoo we know Bioparque, definitely worth a visit.

Beach and nature:
From the Villa you are also quickly on the beach or in the Albufera nature reserve (can be seen from our Yoga terrace) and there are many hiking opportunities in the area. We are happy to show you the way!

Casita:
As an extra we have our Casita available. With its beautiful stained glass windows, it is a wonderful place to retreat, meditate or do yoga exercises. The owners Franc and Marco are both Reiki masters, a session with one of us can be booked on the spot.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning:
Bed linen is included and will be changed depending on the length of your stay. Towels are changed every other day. The room and bathroom are checked every day.

House rules:
You are welcome at Villa de la Tierra, from the moment you arrive until you leave. Your room is available no later than 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Due to the distance to the next village, a car is highly recommended. Smoking is allowed on the site, but not inside. Pets cannot be taken. Visitors are welcome, if announced.

Franc and Marco:
Living in the top layer of the Villa and are present on the property to take care of the animals, maintain the garden etc. Furthermore, we live upstairs with our own private outdoor area. Of course we are always available for a question or social chat. Above all, feel at home. At home with us, at home with yourself.
